I offer the complementary therapy of Reflexology from my base in Stanway, Colchester. If you are interested in Bach Flower Remedies to help with your emotional health, I can offer these too. If you would like a home visit for either therapy, this can be arranged at no extra cost within the Colchester areas of Stanway, Copford, Marks Tey, Eight Ash Green, Lexden and Prettygate.

LEARNING
If you are interested in learning about any of the following therapies, I can offer one-to-one or group tuition on an individually arranged basis, depending on your requirements.
Your tuition will give good insight into the therapy or therapies of your choice to help you decide if you would like to train further. Or, you could simply take the knowledge away with you to help yourself, family and friends lead healthier, more productive lives.
Being trained and having worked as a lecturer/tutor enables me to pass on my knowledge and experience to those who are interested in therapies such as Reflexology, Bach Flower Remedies, Massage, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy.
The therapy or therapies you learn about will be taught to you at a level which will meet your requirements, so you can have a good say in how you want things to go. Alternatively, you could give me an idea of what you want to know and leave the rest up to me.
